3 egg yolks
1 cup powdered milk
250 g labne cheese
1 packet of vanilla
1 egg whites
1 teacup hot water
2 tablespoons of cocoa
2 tablespoons of powder
12 savoyer (cat tongue biscuits)
2 tablespoons of cocoa
2 tablespoons grated chocolate

How To ?
Beat the egg yolks, powdered sugar and vanilla with a mixer. Add the Labne cheese and continue to beat it. Whisk the egg in another bowl until the foam is foam, add to the cheese mixture and beat again.
Melt the cocoa with 2 spoons of sugar in hot water and dip half of the biscuits into the rectangular glass mold. Pour half of the mixture with cheese on top of the biscuits mixed in the cocoa mix. Cover the biscuits with the remaining cheese mixture. Sprinkle with grated chocolate and cocoa and rest in the fridge for 3 hours
