1 kg of lamb

How To?
Slice the meat and put in a bowl. Add salt, pepper and lemon juice and leave in the refrigerator for one hour. Melt the butter in a wide pan and melt. Add meat and fry like pomegranate. Take the fried meat aside and keep it warm.
