Caldinho de Feijvo Combacon
500 g black cowpea
200 g bacon
3 garlic cloves
Black bean soup with pork bacon
Take black cowpea in a pot and boil in plenty of water. Take it aside. Chop the onions and saute the oil in a teflon pan. Add the boiled cowpea and mash in the robot. Add salt, pepper, chopped garlic and small cut bacon. Add enough water and cook. Garnish with freshly cut onions and serve.
