2 medium size cucumbers
2 cloves of garlic
4 tablespoons olive oil
1 tablespoon sharp vinegar
3 cups of strained yogurt
1 teaspoon salt

How To?
Wash the cucumbers. Take it into a large bowl and finely grate. Salt and hand tighten. Filter the remaining water.
Take a bowl of yoghurt. Beat 2-3 minutes with garlic, olive oil and vinegar. Add the cucumbers and mix with a fork. Put in small bowls and leave in the fridge for half an hour. Serve cold.
