Almond Mokka
200 g almond cookies
2 tablespoons of milk
200 gr strained yogurt
300 ml cream
5 sheets of gelatin
4 ~ 5 tablespoons granule coffee
2 ~ 3 tablespoons of orange juice
4 eggs
150 g sugar
For the above,
100 g chocolate

How To?
In the hands of small pieces of macaroni and break into a container. Add the milk and leave for 15 minutes.
Remove the from the eggs and separate into the containers. Add the cream and yogurt on the egg yolks and beat.
Dissolve gelatin and granulated coffee in the orange juice. Add to the creamy mixture. Sugar in egg whites
and mix with a mixer until whitened.
Add to the creamy mix and beat again. Add the spices to this mixture and mix. Pour the mixture into a rectangular mold.
Leave in refrigerator for 4 hours. Add the grated chocolate. Slice and serve.
