1 bunch of fresh onions
Half bunch of parsley
2 tablespoons of corn
1 tbsp starch
1 tablespoon crumbled white cheese
Half teaspoon carbonat
Clean the fresh onions and chop them. Clean the parsley and shred. Break the eggs into a deep bowl. Add the corn, starch, cheese, carbonate, salt and pepper and whisk it thoroughly. Add the onion and parsley and stir.
Piss it in a frying pan. Spoon with the mixture you prepared and pour into the pan at intervals. Fry the muffins in the front. Take the paper towel and remove the excess oil. Serve in a hot and warm serving dish, accompanied by cacchis or yogurt.
