Punjabi Samosa
00 g flour
250 ml oil
For internal ,
100 gr potato
50 g peas
5 g Cumin
5 gr grams of masala
5 g powdered red pepper
5 g coriander seeds
10 g powder coriander
Half of tea cup with lemon juice
5 g minced ginger
1 cup water

How To?
Chop the potatoes in cubes and boil in plenty of water. Boil the peas.
Heat up 1 cup of oil in a pan. Add cumin, coriander seeds and peas and saute for 5 minutes. Add powdered red pepper, powdered coriander salt and continue to sauté. Add the potatoes and stir. Add lemon juice, garam masala and fresh coriander and let it cool down by stirring.
For the dough, sift the flour into a cup. Add salt, oil and water and knead. Separate the dough into 10 equal round pieces. Divide each ball in half. Open cone-shaped parts. Divide the internal material into parts. Wet the ends of the dough.
Heat the remaining oil in a pan and fry the cones filled with the inside until it becomes brown. Serve hot or warm.
