Pita Bread
15 g instant yeast (up to 2 tablespoons)
2 cups + 2 tablespoons of flour
2 tablespoons powdered sugar
1 cup of warm water (if necessary add some more)
1 teaspoon of salt

How To ?
Flour , yeast, sugar and salt in a bowl. Add the water slowly and knead thoroughly. Separate the dough into 6-8 pieces. Without thinning, open the roller with a small round. Directory of baked bread on greased paper.
Cover the nappies with a cloth and leave for 30 minutes. Set the oven to 200 degrees. Apply the milk to the oven with a brush. Remove the gold color from the oven. Serve.
