Pelmeni (Russian cuisine)
Half a glass of warm water
Half a glass of warm milk
2 eggs
As much flour as possible
300 g of ground beef
1 onion
Black pepper
200 g butter
Chopped dill
4 tablespoons sour cream

How To ?
Add milk and water into the container where you will knead the dough and add the eggs and mix well. Add salt. Knead as soon as possible by adding the flour. Cut the dough into pieces into pieces.
