MEXICO BEANS BURITTO
Ingredients
2 tortilla bread
For internal mortar
5 ~ 6 shallots
1 piece of roasted red pepper
2 ~ 3 branch basil
1 cup boiled Mexican beans
1 tea cup of canned corn
1 tablespoon of butter
1 teaspoon of flaxseed
Salt
Black pepper
1 cup of grated cheddar cheese




How To?
Take a wide pan of shallots, roasted red peppers and basil chopped finely. Add boiled Mexican beans, corn and butter and sauté until the vegetables are soft. Sweeten with flaxseed, salt and pepper and remove from the stove. Spread the inner mortar over the tortilla breads. Sprinkle the grated cheddar cheese on top of them in half and fry them in a toaster or scallop pan. Cut in half and serve hot.
