Kebbe

Kebbe (Kobba, Kubba)
Ingredients
1 cup thin bulgur
Half a glass of water
2 tablespoons sunflower oil
400 g of ground beef
2 onions
Black pepper
Salt
Cumin
Cinnamon
1 tea cup of chopped parsley
Black peppercorn
Yoghurt



How To ?
Remove the bulgur and wash with cold water. Grate the onions. Add minced meat, water, oil, salt and spices and mix well. Add parsley with bulgur.
Press the mixture into the greased oven container and press it to release. Place one ball of black pepper in the middle by cutting the diamond with a knife. Cook for about 25-30 minutes in the oven set to 200 degrees. Serve with minced parsley and serve with yogurt.
