Ingredients
200 g butter
200 g powdered sugar
200 g flour
100 gr grits
35 g powdered peanuts
1 teaspoon of rose water
1 tablespoon orange juice
Peeled half a glass of pistachio




How To ?
Allow the butter to melt. Add the sugar and whisk thoroughly. Add rose water, orange juice, semolina, flour and powder nuts and knead. Let the dough rest for 15 minutes.
Cut out small pieces of dough and roll in your hand, and spaced apart in the tray with the greaseproof paper tray. Place a peanut over them and bake in a set oven at 180 degrees for 15-20 minutes. Remove from the oven and allow to cool. Serve.
