For dough
2.5 cup flour
1 teaspoon instant yeast
Half a glass of warm milk
Half a glass of warm water
1 teaspoon powdered sugar
Sunflower oil
500 gr spinach
1 onion
1 red pepper
1 lemon juice
2 tablespoons sumac
2 tablespoons milk
Black pepper

How To ?
Blend flour and yeast in a large bowl. Add other ingredients and mix and knead for 10 minutes. Separate the dough into the dough and place it on a tray and cover it over and leave it to ferment.
Clean the seeds of the peppers and cut them into cubes. Chop the onion in a cube and mix with pepper. Add salt, pepper, sumac and blend. Finely chop the spinach. Add salt and rub by hand. Add the bulb into the mixture by passing it through the water. Add the lemon juice.
Place the beans in the size of a tea plate with a platter and place them in the middle of the spinach mortar and cover them in a triangular shape. Lay in an oiled paper tray and apply milk on them. Bake until the oven is set to 180 degrees. Serve after handling.
