Chicken Tikka
500 g boneless chicken meat
10 gr red chili powder
5 g garam masala
5 g powdered green cardamom
5 g powdered cumin
2 lemon juice
200 gr strained yogurt
1 g of orange food coloring
Masala sauce
250 g onion
100 gr tomatoes
50 gr tomato puree
50 gr strained yogurt
5 g powdered red pepper
50 g powder coriander
5 g of cumin seeds
20 g ginger
20 gr garlic paste
100 ml liquid oil
How To ?

Take the chicken in a pan and marinate with salt, powdered red pepper, powdered cardamom and lemon juice. Remove from the stove and cool and leave for 6 hours in the refrigerator.

Take the yoghurt, the food coloring and the garam table in a bowl. Add the marinated chicken and scrub with this mixture. Put the chicken in the oven, which is pre-set to 250 degrees for 10 minutes, or skewers and cook on the grill. Take it to the serving plate.
Heat the oil in a pan. Add the onion cumin and onion and roast until pink. Add ginger and garlic and sauté for another 5 minutes. Add the chicken and serve.
